For People With Disabilities It can be sponsored by any agency/board/organization such as a board of MR/DD, mental health provider, UCP, etc. It could also be sponsored by any collection of people/groups who want to consolidate training and reduce the cost per person/group. The outcome is to teach people with disabilities about 3-4 different legal documents that they can use to control their own lives, if they are competent.

Recommendation Bob Deddans: attorney and judge. I recommend that any attorney who practices estate planning keep Judy’s card nearby. She helped me with a family who had a daughter with disabilities and was receiving Medicaid, as area I have little experience with. She was able to help both the family to complete the planning and me as she withdrew as soon as that task was finished. I plan to call her again if I am ever faced with another family with a child with a disability.
